Adult Program

To be eligible for UTKSN's Adult Employment and Training Program, you must be Native American and meet one or more of the following conditions: low-income or unemployed; underemployed (working part-time but seeking full-time work, or working below your education/skill level); employed but in need of services to obtain or retain self-sufficient employment; or a recipient of a layoff notice. Male applicants must be registered with Selective Service, unless an exception applies.

To be eligible for UTKSN's Youth Employment and Training Program, you must be Native American, be between the ages of 14 and 24, and meet the low-income requirement unless an exception applies. Youth living on the Iowa Reservation or Sac and Fox Reservation are considered to be living in a high-poverty area and do not have to meet the low-income criteria.
